He did extensive research and priced my home just right.. He facilitated a successful Open House, even working on a holiday to accommodate a few potential buyers. When we met to evaluate the many offers, he had entered all the information into a spreadsheet for easy comparison and selection, which made it easy for me to compare and choose the best overall offer. Scott communicated with me through every step of the process, using text, emails, and phone calls and always responded to my many questions. All the steps in the process, from listing the house to closing, went smoothly ,and the end result was a home sale that I am super pleased about!

The house had a lot of issues with the title but Scott never wavered in his committment to seeing the sale go through.

! We had to move quickly to list and sell our home in order to purchase the house we wanted and Scott got it done!! We listed, and had an offer in less than two weeks!!! We were able to close on our new home 3 weeks after putting in our offer. I was amazed at Scotts professionalism and tenacity to get the job done, but also make sure that we were very happy.
